Welcome to A1 Express Locksmith. By accessing our website or using our automotive, residential, commercial, or emergency locksmith services in St. Louis, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

A1 Express Locksmith provides mobile locksmith dispatch services, lock repair, installation, key cutting, automotive transponder programming, and emergency lockout services. All services are subject to technician availability and weather conditions.

2. Pricing and Payments

We provide upfront pricing estimates prior to dispatch. However, the final price may vary based on lock type, complexity, and on-site conditions. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved commercial account billing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting service, you certify that you are the lawful owner or authorized occupant of the vehicle, home, or business property for which service is requested. You must provide valid identification and proof of ownership to the technician upon request.

4. Warranties and Liability

We guarantee our workmanship and provide warranty coverage on newly installed locks as specified at the time of service. A1 Express Locksmith is not liable for pre-existing door frame damage, worn-out mechanisms, or incidental damages resulting from emergency lock bypass procedures conducted with customer consent.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
